For 2024, we are happy to announce that our 12th Annual Conference will be taking place in JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa. We expect 400+ MSLs and MSL managers. The conference will be filled with workshops, sponsor booths, fun activities, and much more!

We will focus on bringing together U.S. and international speakers that will share insights to help you excel in your career while maintaining the high level of engagement and quality you have come to expect from our annual conference!

This year’s conference will feature more in-depth sessions focusing on the specific challenges faced by the MSL community while acclimating to the new “normal”.

Hotel Reservations

• Special Conference rate of $220/night (plus taxes) + a reduced $20 resort fee.
• You will receive a hotel reservation link in your registration confirmation e-mail
  
• Cut-Off Date for the discounted rate is on Saturday, August 31st, 2024

Cancellation Policy

• If you are unable to attend the conference, for no additional charge you can transfer your registration to a future conference provided the passes are priced equally, or apply the registration fee to a future conference pass. You can also transfer your registration to a colleague for no additional charge.
  
  
• Up until May 1st, 2024, if you are unable to find a replacement we will be able to refund 50% of the registration fee. After May 1st, 2024, due to the finalization of the F&B numbers we won’t be able to offer any refunds.
