The MSL Society may cancel scheduled classes up to ten (10) days prior to the scheduled start of the event if certain attendance minimums aren't met.

    Participant Travel Costs
    The MSL Society will not be responsible for reimbursing prepaid participant travel costs. It is recommended that participants who elect to incur travel costs for a training session, schedule and purchase airfare and hotel accommodations with this in mind.

    Refund Policy
    A cancellation or postponement of a scheduled onsite training date made thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the scheduled onsite training will be refunded 100% of the registration fee.

This is particularly challenging for MSLs trying to establish new relationships with KOLs. This specialized and practical training program is designed to address this challenge by focusing on the art of crafting persuasive, professional, and effective emails. The program highlights the importance of effective email communication as a tool not just for securing a meeting but also for establishing a long-term value-added professional relationship. Given the pivotal role of MSL/KOL interactions in advancing healthcare, this training is essential for MSLs to gain the necessary advanced email writing skills to successfully persuade KOLs to meet.

    • Case Studies Responding to Diverse KOL Reactions: Handle a variety of simulated KOL responses, ranging from enthusiastic agreement to polite declines or requests for more information, enhancing adaptability and response strategies.

    • Follow-Up Strategies: Practice crafting follow-up emails that tactfully re-engage KOLs who haven't responded, balancing persistence with respect for their time and priorities.
